    Overall, my experience with New Home Inc has been positive. The team was professional throughout the building and closing process, and the quality of the home has generally met expectations. Communication was consistent, and most items were addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. The only notable issue has been the sod installation. This remains the one area where the outcome and support have not aligned with expectations. I remain hopeful this can be resolved promptly; however, if the issue is not resolved, I will have to seek further assistance through the appropriate warranty, builder management, or consumer-protection channels.
