    Poolside condo in 55+ community. This condo is steps away from one of two pools/spas. Pools are heated to 86 degrees year round and spas are kept at a balmy 104. The Clubhouse contains a full kitchen, six pool tables, a work out facility, restrooms and a community room. This vibrant, active community offers special activities throughout the winter months. Coffee is served Monday-Friday and on Saturday's, there is a general gathering where fruit, danish/rolls, and coffee are served by community volunteers. We have an active FaceBook group where anyone can post or ask questions. The Condo has been upgraded with all new kitchen appliances, countertops, back splash, and cabinets have been painted. Both bathrooms have received upgrades; that include new sinks, countertops, medicine cabinets above toilets, and paint. Each unit has an assigned (covered) parking space.
