Rent can be prorated based on start date of rental. To qualify we require an application through Zillow. Zillow charges $35 for an application. You do not need to submit an application to schedule a showing. Showings will be available after May 3rd (the unit is currently occupied). We are looking for income that is 2 times rent before taxes, proof of said income in the form of paystubs, W2, tax returns, printout of bank statement from date of application with account numbers redacted are ways you can show this. This space does not have a full kitchen. It's photographed as accurately as possible and we have not hidden any area's of the space from the photos. While we welcome longer term tenants this space is really geared for shorter stays. We do month to month tenancy or even weekly tenancy with a 30 day notice to break your lease. This is a small studio apartment in my back garden. My husband and I live in the main house with our 3 friendly corgis. This studio is fully detached and has no shared walls. It's fully furnished. Pets allowed with $500 pet deposit per Pet If pets are on lease owner must clean up pet waste weekly at minimum Pet Damage in excess of $500 will be required to be paid by tenant Tenant may smoke outdoors Tenant may vape indoors or outdoors Tenant agrees to diligently ensure all gates on property are latched at entry/exit Tenant may have overnight guests up to 7 days per month and up to 30 days in 6 month period. The reason for this is Landlord pays all utilities and if someone comes more often than this we would need to re-negotiate landlord paid utilities.
