The room measures 11 ft x 11 ft, includes a 5 ft x 3 ft closet. The room and closet together total 136 square feet. The bathroom dimensions are: 7 ft x 4.5 ft. The bathroom has a bidet. You can refer to the room layout image, where the room, closet, and bathroom are marked in red. Rent includes all utilities: internet, electricity, water, and trash. The refundable security deposit is $400, with an $100 cleaning fee deducted at move-out. The room is available starting July 24, 2025. A background check through Zillow is required. The $35 fee is paid by the applicant and can be used across other listings. The room is furnished with a full-size mattress, bed sheets, duvet, tall chest, 55-inch TV with Google TV voice control, mirror, Marpac Dohm white noise machine, and a side table with lamp. A foldable desk (3.5 ft W x 2 ft D x 2.5 ft H), monitor, and office chair are available upon request. For added privacy, the room includes a locking doorknob with key, blackout curtains, and standard blinds for quality sleep. No pets are allowed.
