The large fenced backyard is perfect barbecues and yard games! Inside our lovely home, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed (one is a firm hybrid mattress, the other is a plush memory foam) providing ample space for up to four guests. The bathroom is clean and modern, with fresh linens and toiletries provided for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials. There is a washer and dryer by the back door. $3,000.00 is the all inclusive cost for a furnished monthly rental with a driveway that will comfortably fit 2+ cars. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and for an additional fee. Owners will maintain yard.
