I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent. The studio has hardwood floors and has a kitchen area. There is a small fridge and stove. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. The cost to move is $875 plus $875 Security Deposit. There is a $25 application fee.
