The studio is for ONLY one person and pets are not allowed. Please note the studio does NOT have its personal bathroom. The bathrooms in the hallways provide privacy and are cleaned daily. I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent. The studio has hardwood floors and has a kitchen area. There is a small fridge and stove. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. The cost to move is $900 plus $900 Security Deposit = $1800. There is a $25 application fee.
