I am not in a rush, happily living there currently and hoping to find the right person who appreciates the 1/2 acre yard that backs to the park and small creek. It is a fixer upper and likely needs 100k put in to it and some sweat equity. I work odd hours and am working on getting some pictures up. Its all about the yard and under market value and the ability to make it nice. This has been a great home for almost 15 years.  It is amazing for the permaculture/gardener to create a food forest. It is in need of updating especially downstairs kitchen and bathrooms. The yard is a blank slate with a few great medicinal and edible plants still. It is time for me to let someone to dedicate the time needed to make it a home again.  Great home for a new family. Large garage, porch. Lots of room for expansion.
