The re-lease is available as soon as November, this year (11/1/2022). The apartment itself has a balcony, high ceilings, app-controlled Smart locks and smart thermostat, and all brand new appliances. With your app you can control the temperature or lock your door from anywhere you have cell service! The apartment is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Zen Garden, incredibly peaceful and quiet. Here is the MONTHLY rent cost breakdown with all utilities, etc.: Base Rent - $1,735.00 Reserved Or Covered Parking Charges - $100.00 Trash Service - $10.00 Pest Control Services - $2.00 Internet Income - $80.00 Total: $1,927 Electricity is seperate but has cost me $50-$60 a month as a heavy PC user who works from home.
