Apartment for Re-Lease - First Month Free!! I am moving out of Denver and I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. If you are interested, contact me and we can work together to schedule you a guided tour of my apartment with one of the apartment management staff, in case you have any other questions while touring the unit. As I would normally have to pay a high fee to end my lease early, I am offering you your first month's rent free, paid by me. If you re-lease from me I will personally give you $1,735 as soon as we sign the re-lease papers in your preferred method (cash, bank transfer, etc.). You also will keep my security deposit of $300 for any damages you may incur (there are no damages in my unit currently). The lease ends 11/29/2023. The re-lease is available as soon as November, this year (11/1/2022). The apartment itself has a balcony, high ceilings, app-controlled Smart locks and smart thermostat, and all brand new appliances. With your app you can control the temperature or lock your door from anywhere you have cell service! The apartment is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Zen Garden, incredibly peaceful and quiet.
