This Pool House is a Spanish style two story home situated behind the private pool, with its own tropically landscaped yard. Located upstairs is the private bedroom and game/common room. The house is completely private with its own washer/dryer, fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub, and all kitchen necessities. Landlord is responsible for all utilities, cable/wifi, and trash pickup services. Tenant is responsible for blowing off pool deck and keeping the pool clean as needed (1-2 times per week at the most). Landlord is also responsible for all lawn maintenance and upkeep.
