Greetings! We have a couple rooms for rent in this beautiful 4 bedroom home on the outskirts of Redding. House is on a quiet culdesac currently occupied by my son who's attending college at Shasta. Close to town and the I 5 , but far enough out to feel the peace of the country. Home is furnished Renters acknowledge that they are joining us in a shared space. Each individual is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the house by cleaning up after themselves (no dishes left in sink, countertops kept clean and free of clutter etc) and keeping all personal effects confined to their own living space. This is a pet and drama free household. We're all good vibes and expect the same from anyone considering sharing the house
