Cat-resistant UV-protecting window bug screens which give protection from the glaring sun and privacy; window and door guards throughout; Morgan Niagara 4 person hot tub in back porch; etc. Walk to elementary and middle school. Entire exterior was redone in soapstone synthetic stucco on June 2004. Roof redone in June 2009, is inspected and maintained yearly.
