The house is situated in a quiet community and is well appointed and decorated with everything you need to relax. Just bring your bags and enjoy the view. Our beach house is great for a family or a small group of friends. We have two great rooms facing the ocean and a deck great for watching the sunrise or set. We have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The interior shares these fabulous views from most windows and rooms. This home features an abundance of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, tons of blankets, a great outdoor furniture set up (ideal for watching sunsets or reading) a laundry room with washer/dryer. Owner is not on the premises and you will not be sharing the home with others. Conveniently located near restaurants including Cafe Bittersweet, Deluxe Food and easy access to Highway 1. Seascape Golf Course, Rio Del Mar and Seacliff beaches are just a few minutes away. 6 adults maximum occupancy. Backgound check, one source of payment is to be provided. Leasee on agreement to pay and stay on the property thru duration of lease. Id will be required for all leasees, lease agreement, and $9,500 deposit (covers cleaning fee at departure). The lease is 1 to 6 months. Cleaning is required bi-weekly with the owners' cleaner. The fee is $250 and paid by the leasee. The owner covers the utilities ( up to $200 for each water and PG&E), garbage ( overflow paid by leasee) basic Comcast internet, and tv ( basic). No bikes , no surfboards or sandy towels/toys in the house. ( You may use storage locker for bikes/surfboards.) *No parties, no drugs, no pets, use of the bar-b-que in the carport only.
