Renter is responsible for gas (hot water and furnace), electric, and trash pickup. Lease agreement is for month-to-month renting, no minimum lease duration. Renter is responsible for keeping the yard mowed and in presentable condition at all times. Tenant will be expected to perform minor maintenance, i.e., changing light bulbs, and attempt to unclog drains if the need arises. Stove, refrigerator and a dryer are included, but will be the responsibility of the tenant to replace them if they break, or if they would like to bring their own. All other maintenance will be done by myself at the tenants request.
