Dogs may be a possibility, with additional deposit (especially those with CGC, TT, or TDI certificates), and there are no size or breed restrictions. Yes, we will need to meet your dog prior to approving your lease! But, please be aware that there is no yard and dogs are not allowed on the shared back patio.
