Electricity Information: In sunny San Diego, electricity is tiered based on usage. Guest Access: You'll have access to the entire unit, your designated underground parking spot, and all community amenities, including the gym, seating areas, fire pit, and grill. Our clean and safe program works hard to maintain the streets, but you may occasionally notice tents set up nearby.
