The middle room is spacious and also has a window that looks towards the park. The home has a nice spacious open living area downstairs with high ceilings. 20 feet beyond the back deck is the park. We've lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and are happy to answer any questions you might have about the area. Ideally we are looking for a tenant(s) who will call this their home for 1+ years, that we can communicate with effectively, and works with us to take care of and improve the home.
