    After years of anticipation, the State owner 28.36 +/- acres at I-93 Exit 3 intersection of Route 111 and Route 111 (Range Road) is now available for sale. Now that this site is available it has become the best located large parcel off of an I-93 exit for many miles. The new interchange and roadwork now allows quick access to and from Hampstead, Plaistow, Salem area to Exit 3.
