I ain’t your father’s farmhouse (or your great-grandfather’s as the case may be!). Yes, I’ve been here since Ulysses Grant was elected President, and I’ve seen a LOT. But the thing I’m looking forward to most is you making your memories here. I have been lovingly cared for, and updated with the latest upgrades, including a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and a main bedroom suite with a absolutely gorgeous bath and walk-in closet! I’ve also got a 2 bedroom apartment with it’s own utilities so you can invite more people or rent me out for some extra income (I won’t mind…promise). I’ve even got another septic and well on my property, so there’s some additional options, too. I’m along the West River, so I’ve got gorgeous views from my balconies, which you will absolutely love! Around the corner from shopping and just a short distance from a variety of ski mountains, I’m all that you could ever want in a Vermont home or getaway.
