It is off grid but the poles are nearby if someone decides to hook up later. Dug well, full septic, propane monitor heater, propane stove and propane refrigerator gives you everything you need to enjoy staying there no matter what the season is. There is ladder access to the sleeping loft and then another ladder up to the cupola. He made the cupola bigger enough to put a chair as he liked to sit up there and watch the deer and turkey that used to visit. Lovejoy Road doubles as an ATV access trail so ATV'ing and possibly snowmobiling is definitely in order for the new owner. This is a wonderful quiet area with access to all things in nature.
