About this space This stylish quiet place to stay is perfect for family and group work trips. It is clean, spacious as well as has an open concept living. The area is quiet as well. The space This is a 2nd floor apartment in a 2 family home. Downstairs apartment is occupied by a wonderful long term tenant. Your rental unit itself is 2 stories, with 2 of the bedrooms upstairs. The third bedroom is in the living room where the bathroom, kitchen and dinning room are. There is a full size kitchen that is fully equipped with the comforts of home - full size appliances as well as small appliances. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Guest can access the whole unit. On the outside, the garages are not accessible. Other things to note There is parking in the driveway. This is a furnished rental, owner pays for reasonable utilities and water. That is why it's $6,200. Please do not inquire if you are looking for an unfurnished long term rental. This is more for corporate clients, people in town for work/business short term, insurance claims etc. NO SMOKING or PETS. Required: first, last and security.
