The space is temperature controlled by the Pioneer mini split system giving you remote control to heating and air conditioning. There is a fan above the king bed upstairs to circulate the air and keep your temperature regulated at night. 50" Roku TV with access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazing, Disney +, etc... There is parking for up to three cars in the long cement driveway. There is a coded door system for ease of access without a key. Utilities are not included in the rental price. Renter is responsible for utilities. This includes electric, sewer/water, and trash service. The driveway allows up to three vehicles. This is a no smoking property. The duration of the lease is either 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. First months rent is required for security deposit.
