Bathroom is remodeled with granite and tile and has a shower/tub with glass doors. Looking for a clean, responsible, respectful, trustworthy roomate/s. This single family house is quite spacious with 3 different levels, so lots of space to have privacy! OPTION 1: Rent a BD on lowest level in the house, where u would have a BA OPTION 2: Rent 2 BDRMS in lower level with 1 BA Great location...easy walk to downtown Edwards. Hiking/biking trail right out the backyard. Back deck has a grill and seating. Only a few miles to Beaver Creek and Vail. No drugs, partying, smoking of any kind and no pets please. OPTION 1: Renting lower level bedroom: $2,000/mon. for 1 person. 2 people: $3,900/mon. Option 2: Rent lower level 2BD/1 BA: $4,000/mon. for 1 person in each bedroom. More than 2 people will be additional cost. All utilities are included and includes a weekly cleaning service. Option for gym membership, garage parking spot or use for some storage for additional cost.
