This apartment is fully furnished. It is in a quiet house and is very well located. While the house is in a residential neighborhood, it is 2 blocks from Massachusetts Avenue which is full of restaurants and stores. It is also 1/2 block from the main public library, a park, a playground, and a high school. Harvard and MIT are easily accessible and is a 10 minute walk from both Harvard and Central Square train stations. All 3 bedrooms comfortably fit a queen size bed and have closets. I'll be adding a bed frame to the room with only a mattress and am happy to discuss changes to the place such as converting a bedroom into an office. The other owners who are renting have been very careful to ensure that their tenants are quiet and respect their neighbors, and it is important to me to find people who are similarly respectful. If you think you are going to have parties and/or need to play loud music loud, this is not the place for you. With that said, I have a very nice tuned Yamaha upright piano that likes to be played! If you have a pet cat, my only concern is for the furniture and other items I might leave with you and so I'm happy to try to figure out a way to make that work. I would like to leave the place fully furnished but am happy to remove all other items or leave the condo stocked with plates, cookware, etc. There is a storage area in the basement which I could make available. Owner pays for water. Renter responsible for gas and electric. First month to be paid before moving in. Condo would be appropriate for 2 adults and up to 2 kids.
