There is no smoking inside the unit. Seaside Resort Community, is just minutes from Key West! It is a gaited community with security guards. Many amenities are included covered by the HOA fees to the Seaside Community; including 2 big pools, boat ramp, marina, fish cleaning station with water spray down for boat, Air compressor for tires, small gym, a library, bocce ball courts, and an ocean viewing area with a hammock! Seaside HOA rules state maximum 2 people and no pets; however upon availability boat/trailer storage is on the grounds, and a boat slip in the water for a small extra fee can be added through the office. Renters must be pre-approved. For renters Seaside requires a non-refundable application fee and background check. Two additional guests are permitted for a maximum of three weeks and must be registered with the office.
