Located in the Seaside Resort Community, only ten minutes to Key West! You won't find a more affordable and comfortable location than this! The resort has not one, but two large pools, one that overlooks the open water! Other amenities include a small gym, a library, bocce ball courts and community gathering area. The cottage was recently remodeled front to back! The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed. The bedroom is nicely decorated with a queen-sized bed and ample storage. There is a cozy living room with a roll out couch, big screen television and sliding glass doors looking out to the screened in porch. The deck is brand new, completely screened in, and even has ceiling fans to keep you cool while enjoying the keys breeze! All guests must be pre-approved and registered, a minimum of 28-day stay is required. There is a boat ramp and trailer and boat storage (if available) at a great monthly rate. Only two guests are permitted monthly, and two additional guests are permitted for a maximum of three weeks. There is room for two vehicles to park at the cottage. No pets are permitted.
