FixerUpper house in Bayard, which is up by Mount Storm. House needs work obviously but it has solid bones. Needs a new heating system, there is none, gas service available. The electrical service needs to be moved. The main issue is that the service box is in the bathroom, so it will need to be moved, upgraded, and new circuits added. It was originally a 100-Amp service, so there were only a couple circuits in the house. Plumbing has not been tested at all.
