Aloha, friend! We are offering for rent a well-maintained, charming, beach bungalow, more affectionately known to our family and friends as the Shack, in the heart of all things Hawai'i. The Shack was an old 1,100sq ft plantation dwelling that was moved to live out its days by Bathtub Beach in Laie. The Shack sits on an approximately 7,500sq ft lot that has beach access, offering many opportunities to soak up all the good vibes of Mama Hawai'i, while also being in close proximity to the Polynesian Cultural Center with its amazing food trucks, BYU, Laie Shopping Center and excellent schools. The North Shore is easily accessed on weekends as well. The Shack is well-stocked, fully furnished to accommodate visiting professionals, but this is negotiable. Utilities will be the responsibility of those renting, but the Shack comes with landscaping and monthly cleaning by a professional cleaning service. Come experience the islands in this little nook on Oahu. Mahalo! Renter will pay all utilities, arranging to have them placed in his/her name upon occupying the Shack. The rent includes landscaping and monthly cleaning by a professional cleaning service. A one-year lease is preferred, but other terms will be considered.
