Extremely quiet, surrounded by nature with tons of space to do outdoor activities. PET FRIENDLY. Nice sized back yard. Nice size porch. Inside is hardwood floors and vinyl flooring in bathrooms. Built like a cute cottage on the inside. Living room has a bookcase built into the wall. Lots of windows and great natural lighting everywhere in the house. Great closet and attic storage space. Kitchen has very large window with Washer and dryer and Dishwasher. Tons of cabinets for your groceries. Bathroom downstairs has a bathtub and a large medicine cabinet. One bedroom downstairs with large closet and 2 windows. Half bathroom upstairs. Master bedroom upstairs with large closet. Small room upstairs which we used as an office or extra storage space. Technically the house has 3 rooms but the smallest room has slanted ceilings and State College Borough does not allow that room to be used as a bedroom because of ceiling height requirements. Perfect as an office. We currently live 2 people in the master bedroom upstairs and 1 person in the bedroom downstairs. Great parking for vehicles. You can easily park 3 vehicles on the property if you needed to. Perfect for young professionals, couples or people who enjoy quiet and space. Best housing you will ever find in State College that allows dogs. We are sad to let it go. I walked to PSU campus everyday the past two semesters down Garner Rd. Takes you 20 minutes from your doorstep to College Ave. I enjoyed the walk especially when the weather was nice. Walking trail next to the house leads to Lederer Park. Great for dog owners. Does not include utilities. Utilities like sewage and water are split with the person who lives in the basement of the house and handles completely by Continental Property management. Utilities are cheap. Owner of the house takes care of lawn and since the house is on a dead end street it requires minimal snow maintenance. Continental Property Management has been a great company to work with and they will respond to anything that needs to be fixed rather quickly and do not charge the amount of fees that we have experienced with other property management companies in the area.
