Carpets have all been deep cleaned, with all up to date appliances. Private parking available along with street parking spots nearby. If you do not wish to rent the entire house, we can subtract the basement and give a cheaper price on the rent. Always willing to negotiate! House can be heated with either gas or electricity. Very close to north and south highways making commutes to work very ideal. Again will post updated pictures in better lighting soon, just looking to get offers and give people who are looking for somewhere to live with some urgency a chance. We will pay for water. We always do contracts, however we have never restrained people if they want to move out early, just let us know with some time and we understand. We prefer non smokers, if you do we just prefer not in the house as the smell lingers and can cause health complications for the next family if we fail to get the smell out. Driveway belongs to you alone, we even made a slight extension to fit 3 cars. Street parking available if needed. We are good on repairs/ fixing any issues. Want someone who will let us know if anything is wrong so we can fix it promptly. Really, just take care of the house. We understand things happen. with wear and tear things will break. No issues there. We just ask you respect the property and we return that respect in kind.
