Has a garbage disposer under the kitchen sink, one year old refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, built in microwave and oven, double pain windows and patio doors, two year old carpeting and Pergo wood flooring in the living room and hall way. The roof was replaced two months ago. I may allow one trained cat or one trained small (10 pound or less) dog - convince me.
