    Modern, updated home with many amenities and extras and is also dog friendly! Other pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Single level home in a small, quiet neighborhood close to schools and Arroyo Grande hospital. The main living area is open and light, there's a lovely gas fireplace, dual ceiling fans, big windows out to the fully enclosed backyard, and flows directly into the gourmet kitchen with gorgeous farmhouse sink in full copper. Dishwasher, oven, range, and fridge all in stainless steel and all included. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with ceiling fan. Between the breakfast nook and the garage is the laundry room with top load washer and front load dryer. On the opposite side of the living room from the kitchen space is where all 3 bedrooms are located. There is a spacious coat and linen closet next to the hall/guest bath which has a combo tub/shower. The primary bedroom suite has plenty of light with recessed can lights in the ceiling as well as a ceiling fan and a slider out to the side yard where you can make a comfortable and private outdoor relaxation space under a nice big shade tree. In the en-suite bath you'll find dual sinks, linen cabinets, and a water closet with the toilet and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a nice walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door out to the backyard with lovely sheer drapery panels and room to add another bar to the valence for panels that will match your tastes and decor. The third bedroom has a window with wide blade wood blinds that looks out toward the street and front garden and is right next to the hall bath. Both of these bedrooms have built out closets with mirrored sliding doors, plenty of recessed lights in the ceilings as well as ceiling fans. Other amenities include soft water, a propane patio heater in the backyard, and a second fridge in the 2 car garage. Additional off-street parking in the private driveway. No smoking. All pets require pre-approval, dogs are most likely to be approved. Other pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will require a photo of any/all pets in order to seek approval. Additional fee ($100 per pet) and pet rent ($50 per pet, per month) will be added upon pet approval. One-year lease highly preferred, but shorter terms that then go month-to-month will be considered. Regular soft water system maintenance and yard maintenance as needed included in the rent. No utilities are included. Renter will put all utilities into their own name(s). The kitchen sink will require special attention due to the material from which it is made, its proper care and maintenance will be provided and must be strictly adhered to. Security deposit due at lease signing, first month's rent due no later than 14 days before move-in. Partial months will be pro-rated, but the fist full month will be due along with any pro-rated month no later than 14 days before move-in. Removal of the washer & dryer, patio heater, patio set, and second fridge prior to move-in can be negotiated if a tenant should require it.
