The primary bedroom suite has plenty of light with recessed can lights in the ceiling as well as a ceiling fan and a slider out to the side yard where you can make a comfortable and private outdoor relaxation space under a nice big shade tree. In the en-suite bath you'll find dual sinks, linen cabinets, and a water closet with the toilet and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a nice walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door out to the backyard with lovely sheer drapery panels and room to add another bar to the valence for panels that will match your tastes and decor. Regular soft water system maintenance and yard maintenance as needed included in the rent. No utilities are included. Renter will put all utilities into their own name(s). The kitchen sink will require special attention due to the material from which it is made, its proper care and maintenance will be provided and must be strictly adhered to. Security deposit due at lease signing, first month's rent due no later than 14 days before move-in. Partial months will be pro-rated, but the fist full month will be due along with any pro-rated month no later than 14 days before move-in. Removal of the washer & dryer, patio heater, patio set, and second fridge prior to move-in can be negotiated if a tenant should require it.
