Inspections and Entry Landlord has the right to enter the Premises with 24-hour notice for inspections, repairs, or showings. No notice is required in the case of emergency. 11. Alterations No structural or cosmetic alterations (e.g., painting, shelving, drilling, etc.) may be made without written permission. 12. Termination Tenant shall vacate the premises at the end of the lease unless otherwise renewed in writing. Tenant must provide 30 days' written notice before vacating. Failure to do so may result in loss of part or all of the security deposit. 13. Legal Compliance Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, ordinances, and housing codes. 14.
