My home faces a beautiful park in a safe, cute neighborhood. I bought this place initially as a starter home and also for its super convenient commute into NYC (2 NJ transit bus lines 156R and 159R converging to a stop a block away, taking approx 25min into Port Authority). It is one of the best units in this 15 unit, close knit condo filled with great people. The building is professionally managed. We get plenty of sunshine and plenty of warmth during the winter time. Never had any problem with any of the appliances and also a brand new water heater. all around I would hate to leave but I have to be closer to my aging parents :( Fios is already installed but TimeWarner is an option., * Front door intercom to your mobile phone * modern kitchen with 5yr old LG side by side door refrigerator * dish washer * GE in-wall heating/AC unit * 2 parking spaces in the garage - parking spots are very close to the side entrance * local public school system are top notch, especially for pre-k~HS students. * tax is very cheap. approximately $6000/yr * the local municipality is very much engaged and friendly. they really go out of their way to attract respectable residents * I work in the city and there's a bus stop a block away. an express bus to Manhattan (156R, 159R) are always running and never had to wait for more than 10 minutes during commute hours * commute into NY port authority is approx 30 minutes, again during rush hours.
