Living room, kitchen and bath upstairs have a very good size too. 2 Linen closets upstairs and 2nd bedroom also has walk in closet. Pet friendly up to 2 pets and 150 pounds. Dog park on premises. There are W/D hookups and outdoor storage, by the back deck. Tenant/s would be talking over our current lease which goes for 6 more months (until Feb 2021), with the possibility of renewing after that if they want.
