To those who love to ski (21 mi. to Purgatory Resort) (10 mi. to Silverton Backcountry ski area)(in town family ski area). Also, hikers, cyclists, rock and ice climbers, OHV fans, snowmobilers and anyone else who loves the great outdoors. It's a great vacation home. Very low maintenance, and extremely tight and energy efficient make this condo easy to leave unattended in the winter and summer. Even though it's all electric, the utilities bills are very low. It also has a wood burning stove that will heat the entire place, or just enough to take the chill off in the spring or fall. I just paid the annual taxes on this condo at $594.00. Also, there are no HOA dues. Which all make our condo that much more affordable. Counting the number of rooms is difficult because of the open floor plan. There is one separate bedroom that will facilitate a king size bed. It also has a very large closet with extra space for storage under the staircase. Between the bedroom and bathroom is huge walk-in closet with hanging space and lots of shelving. Access to the crawl space is in this closet. The bathroom is large with a tub/shower combination and a good sized vanity. There is a recessed area that holds the washer/dryer, that can be closed off with a curtain. The hallway has two nice closets. One for coats and other storage. The other is a pantry closet with shelving from top to bottom. Next to the pantry is the galley kitchen, with plenty of room to prepare meals. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space for everything needed for a complete area. The dining area is part of the main living area. Configurations for dining and living has many options. The loft is a very special place. Whether you choose to use it for living area or lots of sleeping space, it's cheery and bright. It also has another large walk-in closet with hanging and shelving on all three sides. I actually used it for my office. Now that we've toured the condo let me take you outside. The front of the condo has a wonderful sized patio with a storage closet off to the side. It's good for wood, bicycles and other sporting gear. There is no grass to worry about. Only wildflowers that do not need tending.
