Historic Santa Fe Foundation's El Zaguan Resident Artist Policy To be considered for this apartment the prospective tenant must be a working artist or writer. Samples of work and a CV and a short description of how you imagine your first show in Gallery El Zaguan, will be required and submitted with the completed rental application. We suggest that all files are submitted as a PDF if applicable for ease of viewing. All applications will be considered by agents of the Historic Santa Fe Foundation and the new tenant selected as best fits the Foundation's goals. The new tenant must also be willing and happy to participate in the artist community of three working artists living at El Zaguan. Lease is reviewed on a yearly basis. Leases can be renewed by mutual consent of the tenant and the Historic Santa Fe Foundation. A maximum of three years lease/residency is allowed.
