The Roost is the entire main floor of our Portland home with a deck that looks into the trees on the back of the property and down to the chicken coop. We believe in farmhouse hospitality so we share fresh urban farmed eggs from our hardworking ladies (i.e. chickens), and make sure you have all the kitchen basics to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. The main floor It is separated from the daylight basement below with a door that locks from both sides. My wife and I live onsite in the daylight basement unit below. Our parking area and entry is completely separate. You can enjoy full use of the driveway for off street parking and the main entry to the home. You will have 2 mini split units that provide heating/cooling. Private washer and dryer located in unit. The office is set up with a large desk and screen to allow remote working. Must be non smoker due to provided furnishings. There are some areas where boxes or other furniture could be placed but we are not able to remove existing furniture. 3x income to rent ratio Preference given to applicants where 1 single person can qualify for a couple/group/family.
