Please do not paint the inside or outside of the house, you will lose your deposit. Please do not change the locks on the doors. Please give us 6o days notice if you are to move. We will usually return your deposit when you move, but DO NOT leave us with garbage. We will deduct money based on what it costs us to remove We do not pay for broken glass, so if you are locked out please call us. We have a spare key. Please obtain renters insurance. Accidents can happen in a snap.
