Lincoln Arms Apartments is located on Connecticut Avenue and Livingston Street, NW. Our small boutique building was built in 1926, but we have made several updates and renovations to bring it to a modern era without losing its charm. Lincoln Arms has a total of 20 one-bedroom apartments. Application fee is $35 per person. Security deposit is $1,000. We allow cats with a $150 one-time fee. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Lincoln Arms (sorry!). On-street parking with registered DC zone 3 sticker. Cable in the building is Comcast/Xfinity.
