Hallway coat closet, linen closet and bedroom closet. Coin laundry in the building. Back yard BBQ area and resident vegetable/herb garden. Lincoln Arms Apartments is about a 10 minute walk to Friendship Heights metro station (red line). We are also on the Connecticut Avenue bus line (L2 / L4). Walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Avalon movie theater, CVS, dry-cleaners, liquor store and restaurants. Application fee is $35 per person. The security deposit is equivalent to one months' rent. We allow cats with a $150 one-time fee deducted from your SD. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed (sorry).
