Looking to open this lovely basement apartment home to the right renter. My last renter was young professional, traveling nurse who moved to Los Angeles. This is a great place to stay and it is very centrally located in DC. You will find it easy to get access to down town DC, local universities including (Howard 5mins, Georgetown 15mins, Catholic 5 mins, American 15 mins, and UMD mins). It is also close to Silver Spring and Takoma Park. It is a four block walk to the Ft. Metro which features transportation on the green, yellow, and red lines. The neighbors are nice. There are also places where you can get involved with sports and recreation nearby (a recreation center with tennis courts, a pool, basketball courts, a running track, and community gardens.)
