However, if you require a bed, the one in the picture can be available upon request. There is a 65" curved TV and two night stands and dresser also available. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Limited use of kitchen for cooking meals, separate refrigerator available in the garage, and laundry room available for reasonable use as long as it does not interfere with others privacy. A professional (or a couple for a higher rent, the amount to be negotiated) who has/have an 8 to 5 job and is/are employed full time OUTSIDE of the house or hybid schedule (home and office). You are required to have your own automobile (not a bike or motorcycle). I am a 54 year old male, professional and work full time. I am divorced and have custody of my two boys half time. They live with me half time. I am looking for some one/or a couple who is/are very private and will respect our privacy. No smoking inside (of any kind) or excessive drinking.
