Occupant is to be mindful of the other occupants on the property as it relates to noise. All occupants on the
property agree to be respectful to all occupants and not be disruptive with noise during all hours especially
after 10pm. Too many complaints (how many is up to Micah Frazier is committed to being diplomatic with the intention of making the property a great home for everyone) against any occupant on the property will be a violation of the lease and subject to the early termination penalty of the full security deposit.
