542 se 4th st Bama agrees to cover all landscaping for the property. No smoking of any kind on the property. No additional pets allowed. No abnormal noise permitted after 10pm. Only two vehicles max allowed. Parking to be in designated driveway parking spot. Notice of lease renewal needs to be given within 30 days of the end of the lease, preferably longer if possible. Occupant is to be mindful of the other occupants on the property as it relates to noise. All occupants on the property agree to be respectful to all occupants and not be disruptive with noise during all hours especially after 10pm. Too many complaints (how many is up to Micah Frazier is committed to being diplomatic with the intention of making the property a great home for everyone) against any occupant on the property will be a violation of the lease and subject to the early termination penalty of the full security deposit. No smoking of any kind including vape allowed inside the home and not within 10ft of the property. All occupant agrees that Micah Frazier will utilize one of the storage units for himself and will likely be in and out of that unit regularly. NO additional occupants are allowed on the property that are not disclosed up front. Electric consumption can be monitored per unit, occupants agree to "normal regular use" of utilities. Excessive uses like freezers, crypto mining, or the like needs approval by the land lord. Notice of lease renewal to be given 30 days before expiration.
