Grill up at the BBQ, play a round of cornhole, swing on the hammock or tree seats, hang out at the patio fireplace, or start your own fire in the fire pit with custom made seating. Be close to everything in San Antonio at this fantastic home! The community features a swimming pool, one of the city's best parks (Phil Hardberger). The house is minutes from downtown, the pearl, right near 410 for easy commuting, close to Military Bases, H-E-B, and more within an easy drive. 3+ month lease preferred, but we are definitely flexible. Pets allowed but under 50 pounds preferred. $300 NON refundable deposit per pet. Renter is NOT responsible for utilities or any lawn maintenance (subject to utility limit, e.g. paid by renter after XXX amount of usage). All expenses are paid by the owner (conditions apply) Each months rent is paid at the beginning of the month. No smoking in the house. Pets are allowed in the house, but not allowed upstairs (there's a gate at the bottom of the stairs to assist)
