ATTN: This is the only 2 bedroom apartment with the sunroom layout that is available now. It is the most popular layout in the complex so we recommend contacting someone ASAP if you are interested.A few of the things that make this specific apartment a great one to live in are its orientation, its on the 3rd floor, and the master bedroom and closet is very large. The building faces the sun so that the largest 2 windows get the afternoon sun directly through to the kitchen. It makes the place remarkably bright at practically all times of the day (best in early afternoon) and was one of our main reasons for choosing it when we moved in. We always disliked the dark feel of some apartments and the sunroom and building orientation make this one bright at all times... except at night ;)The 3rd floor makes the apartment much quieter than the 2nd and 1st. The master bedroom is also the furthest room from the adjacent neighbor and the stairwell, making it one of the quietest places in the apartment. The bedroom is enormous in comparison to where we have lived in the past (12ft x 13ft) and the closet is amazing. It will probably be the biggest thing we will be sad to leave behind. Not to mention the garden tub. We have loved this complex. The management is very nice and have always been super helpful. We have unfortunately had to move on relatively short notice due to an addition to our family. We hope you will enjoy this place as much as we have and we know you won't regret living here.
