The shared laundry room is located through the back door of our apartment. Gas and electric, cable/phone and internet bills are split. There are RING cameras and motion triggered lighting systems installed on the front and back porches. Each apartment has a locked mailbox as well as a package dropbox on the front porch for everyone in the building. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved, they are allowed with an additional pet deposit.
