New home, built in 2019. You have your own entry, your own kitchen, your own bath, your own laundry, and your own large bedroom. We are looking for ONE person to occupy this. My sons live above you, and I live next door. We want it to work for everyone. They are generally pretty quiet and have regular work hours. You will hear foot traffic above but that's about it. The deck is part of the upstairs people's space, and the area under it is yours. The lawn is shared both front and back. Limited visitorship; we don't want someone extra besides yourself basically living here too. We shovel and cut the grass, you enjoy a nice quiet location and your own personal space, managed by me and my son. You share utility and trash costs with the other tenants, and internet if you want it. You are allowed one cat. You can have an area for personal gardening if you want. Applicants must agree to a credit and background check. Applicants must have a credit rating of 650 or higher to be considered. NO CIGARETTES OR CIGARS INSIDE. All you want outside, but away from the deck above your entry. Must keep the unit clean. We have to come in to change the furnace filter and water filter monthly, and we want to see that you are keeping it safe and clean. Garage parking for 1 car or truck, plus 1 bicycle is included (not for other storage). Extra off-street parking spot is available for guests, or you.
