We own 4 very well trained dogs (Jenny was a professional dog trainer for several years), so any prospective tenant must be dog friendly although unfortunately we cannot have any more dogs in the house. Neither of us smoke (tobacco or marijuana), and smoking is not allowed in the property. Background and credit (minimum 600) will be checked as well as previous landlord references.
