The rent is $2,500 a month, heat and hot water included. The apartment is newly renovated and fully refinished. It has exposed brick in both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is small, but outfitted with new appliances, countertops and cupboards that make it very efficient. I cook at least once a day and the size of the kitchen hasn't been an issue. There are two closets with plenty of storage space. Pets are welcome. The apartment also has access to a huge garden/patio area that is great for cookouts and get-togethers. Laundry is downstairs off the garden area. There is a charming beer shop with outdoor space next door, and coffee shops and flower stores on the same block.
